He served as Chief of Staff and chief of surgery for the Holy Cross Hospital, as well as director of the Santa Cruz County Health Department while practicing in Nogales, Arizona. He is licensed in the states of Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Arizona.

A graduate of the University of Mexico, Dr Hall performed his general surgery residency at Colorado State Hospital and the Veterans Administration (an affiliated hospital with Ohio State University in Dayton- Columbus, Ohio). He performed a fellowship in cosmetic aesthetic surgery at the Graduate Hospital affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, as well as a cardio thoracic surgery fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

Complimenting his medical training, Dr. Hall has also had an extensive military career. Dr. Hall served in South Vietnam with the U.S. Army, earning him the Vietnam War Medal with three clusters. He is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force and has been decorated with the Bronze Start, the National Defense medal and the Air Force Meritorious Service Award.

Dr. Hall is a member of the American Medical Society, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Member of the American Society of Lipo-Suction Surgery, Inc.  He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons as well as a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery.
